Refund Policy of Kicks Rewash
1. Non-Refundable Payments
- No Refunds: All payments made for our services are strictly non-refundable.
- Duplicate Transactions: In the event of a duplicate transaction for the same order, one transaction will be refunded using the same payment method.
2. Service Limitations
- Refusal of Service: Kicks Rewash reserves the right to refuse service if, after assessment, it is determined that the product cannot be treated or revived.
- Product Appearance: Products may not retain their original look and color after cleaning, and Kicks Rewash is not responsible for such changes.
3. Rework and Additional Charges
- Non-Processed Orders: For orders that are picked up but not processed due to non-acceptance of quoted prices, an upfront charge of INR 500 will apply.
- Rework Requests: For rework requests on orders less than 3 months old, a freight charge of INR 300 will be applied.
4. Changes to Orders
- Additional Requests: Changes or additional services requested while an order is already in process will be accommodated at our discretion and may incur additional charges.
5. Urgent Orders
- Express Delivery 1: Delivery within 7 working days with a 30% additional charge.
- Express Delivery 2: Delivery within 14 working days with a 20% additional charge.
6. Unclaimed Products
- Unclaimed Products: If a product is not collected within 2 months of completion, Kicks Rewash reserves the right to handle the product at its discretion to recover service charges.
7. Valuables and Packaging
- Responsibility for Valuables: Customers are responsible for checking their items for valuables before sending them to us. While we will make efforts to return valuables, Kicks Rewash is not liable for loss or damage.
- Packaging Instructions: Customers must pack their products carefully to minimize damage during transit. Kicks Rewash provides protective packaging but cannot be held responsible for any damage occurring during transit.
8. Cleaning Limitations
- Material Weakness: Kicks Rewash is not liable for damage due to material weaknesses, age, or inherent defects.
9. Health and Safety
- No Responsibility for Reactions: Kicks Rewash is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or allergic reactions resulting from the use of products cleaned or serviced by us.
