Terms and Conditions of Kicks Rewash

1. Risk and Liability

Usage at Your Own Risk: Use of this website and its information is at your own risk.
No Warranties: Kicks Rewash makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, suitability, performance, or timeliness of the information provided.
Limitation of Liability: Kicks Rewash excludes liability for inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

No Endorsement: Links to third-party sites do not imply endorsement by Kicks Rewash.
No Responsibility: Kicks Rewash is not responsible for the accuracy or content of third-party sites.

3. Payment and Refunds

Non-Refundable Payments: Payments for services are 100% non-refundable.
Duplicate Transactions: Refunds for duplicate transactions will be processed using the same payment method.

4. Service Limitations

Refusal of Service: Kicks Rewash may refuse service if the product is beyond our capacity to treat.
Product Appearance: Products may not retain their exact original look and color after cleaning. We are not responsible for changes.
Scars and Marks: Scars, veins, and natural marks may become more prominent after cleaning.

5. Transit and Delivery

Loss During Transit: Not responsible for loss or damage during transit for orders outside Delhi NCR.
Delivery Time: Estimated time (18-21 working days) is subject to ideal conditions; delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Urgent Orders

Express Delivery 1: Delivery within 7 working days with a 30% extra charge.
Express Delivery 2: Delivery within 14 working days with a 20% extra charge.

7. Additional Charges

Non-Processed Orders: INR 500 upfront charge for orders picked up but not processed.
Rework Charges: INR 300 for freight on rework requests for orders less than 3 months old.

8. Changes to Orders

Additional Requests: Changes or additional services, while an order is in process, are at our discretion and require direct contact with Kicks Rewash.

9. Fittings and Color Matching

Fittings Variation: New fittings may differ slightly from the original due to wear and oxidation.
Color Matching: Slight variations in color may occur with leather panel changes.

10. Delivery and Contact

Reminder Call: A reminder call will be made before delivery. Unanswered calls may result in delivery being assumed as missed.
Customer Responsibility: Customers will be contacted twice before delivery. Failure to respond requires customers to arrange delivery themselves.
Unclaimed Products: Products unclaimed within 2 months may be dealt with at Kicks Rewash’s discretion to recover service charges.

11. Valuables

Responsibility for Valuables: Customers should check for money, jewelry, or valuables before sending items. Kicks Rewash will attempt to return valuables but is not responsible for loss or damage.

12. Packaging

Protective Packaging: Kicks Rewash provides protective packaging for transit, but customers must pack items carefully.
Packing Instructions: Visit the “Educate Yourself” section of the website for packing guidelines.

13. Cleaning Limitations

Material Weakness: Kicks Rewash is not responsible for damage from inherent material weaknesses or age-related wear.
Security System: We have a security system to protect products, but are not liable for damage due to fire, larceny, or burglary.
Material Defects: No responsibility for color bleeding, damage, or shrinkage due to material defects.
Handling Care: Products are handled with care, but some stains or spots may not be removable. Services will be fully chargeable regardless.

14. Health and Safety

No Responsibility for Reactions: Kicks Rewash is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, or allergic reactions from leather, fabric, or other materials.

15. Legal Disclaimer

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kicks Rewash is not liable for:
- Decisions or actions are taken based on information from this site.
- Losses or damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Misuse of the website or information contained.
- Loss or modification of information transmitted from the website.
- Technical issues, viruses, or defects related to the website or server.
- Inability to access or use the website.
